6. Payments and Fees
Payment Process: Transactions between users (renters and owners) may be processed through third-party payment services. RENTS.ma is not responsible for the payment services or any issues arising from payment disputes.
Fees: RENTS.ma may charge service fees for using the platform. Any fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between renters and property owners, RENTS.ma encourages users to resolve matters amicably. We are not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between users.
RENTS.ma reserves the right to investigate complaints and take action, including suspending or terminating accounts, if necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
RENTS.ma provides a platform for users to connect for rental purposes but does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of listings.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including issues with rentals or third-party services.
