In a pleasant secure residence, the apartment is located in the popular Agdal district, 5 minutes from the Carrefour Al Mazar supermarket, 5 minutes from the medina, 10 minutes from the airport and the city center of Gueliz (by car or taxi). The residence has a beautiful swimming pool. We provide bathroom products (shampoo and shower gel), toilet paper, bath and pool towels.

The space

Apartment completely renovated in June 2024, consisting of a beautiful bedroom with a large, very comfortable double bed with many memory foam pillows. A flat screen TV with free Netfix as well as all French and international channels (Canal +, Ciné +, Sport + etc etc), an adjoining bathroom with toilet and a pleasant shower.

The apartment has a large living room with fireplace and also a 55' flat screen TV with free Netfix as well as all international channels. An easily foldable convertible sofa bed measuring 1.40m wide is also available in the living room. A second shower with independent toilet is located in the entrance to the apartment for users of the sofa bed.

A beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, a large beanbag and a hammock chair.

Barbecue equipment is provided (except charcoal, which you must purchase yourself).

We have furnished and designed the apartment with quality furniture so that you feel at home and can fully enjoy your vacation. NO INVITATION FROM OUTSIDE WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY THE PEOPLE FROM THE BOOKING ON THE SITE CAN ACCESS THE APARTMENT AND THE RESIDENCE.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the airport with a few planes which, depending on the direction of the wind, could pass near the residence before landing.
