Welcome to Rents.ma. By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ for specific vehicle rentals as required by local insurance providers) to form binding contracts under Moroccan law.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification details during registration and maintain updated profile information.

Rents.ma operates an online marketplace connecting independent rental providers ("Hosts") with individuals seeking to rent vehicles, property, gear, or experiences ("Renters").

Rents.ma is not a owner, operator, or direct provider of listed vehicles, real estate, or equipment, unless explicitly stated. Contracts for lease or usage are formed directly between the Host and the Renter.

All financial transactions on Rents.ma are processed securely in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).

• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the host accepts the request and payment processing or authorization is completed.
• Security Deposits: Hosts may require a security deposit for vehicles or high-value rentals. Deposits are authorized at check-in/pickup and released upon undamaged return.
• Service Fees: Rents.ma charges transparent service fees to support platform operations, customer support, and insurance coverage verification.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the category and host preferences set on each listing:

• Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or check-in time.
• Moderate: Full refund up to 5 days before check-in; 50% refund thereafter.
• Host Cancellations: If a host cancels a confirmed reservation, the Renter receives a 100% full refund or rebooking credit.

Community integrity is paramount. Users agree to respect rental property, adhere to agreement deadlines, and fulfill safety obligations:

• Vehicle Use: Valid Moroccan or recognized International Driving Permits are mandatory. Drivers must adhere to speed regulations and road codes.
• Property Care: Renters must leave accommodations and equipment in clean, orderly condition and report any accidental damage immediately.
• Prohibited Actions: Subletting, illegal activities, hazardous material transport, or unauthorized third-party transfers are strictly forbidden.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Rents.ma services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco.
