Manufacturing Supervisor - Berrechid
We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate and implement production schedules based on organizational requirements and capacity.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
Team Management:
- Supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill employees and maintain high productivity levels.
- Address employee concerns and ensure workplace harmony.
