It is very important to respect the house rules of the residence and respect for the neighbors in order to enjoy the holidays and the tranquility of the place.

The wifi connection is in ADSL which can be penalizing if you are looking for very high speed.

The TV has French channels (TNT) but is not smart, no possibility to access Netflix or plug a card into an HDMI port.

Due to water restrictions at the government level, the garden shower is not available.
